today i talked with the owner of the hotel and now it seems that the whole situation is differend then you show here.
You booked last year 2 rooms ( these rooms are there and are your rooms !!! )
About 3 weeks ago you wanted a extra room amd now a 4 room.
The owner of the hotel tried to help you and orginized a guest house ( 5 km from Hessisch ) so you all can stay together.
Like i said your rooms are still there for you - just the 2 editial rooms are somewere else.
Hope i could clear this here now

Christian, you did not have to worry yourself :oops: I know you are all busy people, but Thankyou anyway, the lady has called me today which was very nice of her. There has been confusion, we always had 3 rooms ( I have it on a fax) but then knowing the hotel was completely full I asked by fax just before Christmas that if any other additional small room did come up also, between now and then for some friends we would appreciate that too. It seems that created a mixup and some room juggling went on, in her well meaning attempt I believe, I was just unaware of it or that we were being moved to a different place all together!
Considering booking a few hotel rooms for just a few nights is so simple, I just dont understand how it all got so muddled :?

I think it is just one of those things that will always happen when a lot of people come to any small town with limited accommodation.
