HI! I am thinking of going to Germany this June 2009 in my Oval Beetle , and I only have semaphores fitted to the car, and have been told that I need indicators to enter into Germany, is this true.

I looked into this recently and all you need is indicators that flash .You can buy a device that will make your semaphore lamp flash if you dont want to fit external lights.Do a search on the samba as its well covered on there.

Sorry i still got this mixed up .The flashing indicators are only required on german registered cars.:oops:
