Baldynes based at Biggin hill airport Kent have an align borer, its not a specific tool its a dirty great tool, they have experience with VW motors and quite a few others, I have seen everything from big Caterpiller diesels to Subaru's and even a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing engine that weirdly was going to have to be line bored,or maybe Volkspares but I wouldn't trust one of their engines any further than I could throw it, but thats only my personal opinion.
