I have just brought a Blaupunkt radio for Bluebell (1200 1965 now 12V) can anyone tell me what type of speaker arrangement was fitted and what I can use today?

They just use a single, round speaker mounted behind the grill on the dash, next to the speedo.

If you want to keep it simple, you should be able to find a second-hand one for sale at a show.

There are also circular holes in the metalwork behind the door panels to accomodate door mounted speakers if you have a stereo radio and don't mind cutting holes in your door panels.

make a parcel shelf for the rear luggage compartment and pop two speakers in here that way you don't have to cut the door panels which would be a shame on a 65. You can then hear the stereo better as the speakers will be at head height and not stuck down on the floor
