**Help** Got into a bit of bother when trying to find a clutch release bearing to fit my September 1949 Crash Box.

The fork arms that retain the clutch bearing are thicker than a 1950 and later fork. Does anyone with one of these older transmissions know where to get a correct bearing or is it possible that the fork has been replaced with another models fork?

Really confused, and searching the net has been fruitless.

If anyone can help it would be great as hoping to fit the transmission to my restored pan in the next few weeks.

** Thanks as always. **

Top fork is the September transmission one, the one below is from a 1950 box for comparison.
