Hi

I have a 59 that I need to replace the tyres on.was looking at period tyres and have seen 5.50 x 15 cross ply.would these work o.k as mostly seen 5.60.car doesn't do massive miles per year and really want a period look.

A bit old thread, though I'm curious if you had success fitting those tires without any problems.

Hi

I still haven't got round to deciding yet!
It's a very mixed bag of views on crossply tyres from what I've gained.
I think I will go 5.60 15 if I do decide..
