The wheels are definitely the latter. Flat 4 by the looks of it.

I think it's sticky-back plastic!!

I'm not talking about the plastic, you are!!!
You know I got an allergy for plastic and filler; I catched it after seeing the result of the "patchwork" to my Heb done by that Dutch "so said restore "craftman" and VW "specialist"!
I think he is better with a certificate or diploma to work in a bakery shop to glace the cakes!!!
