i have just found a 6 volt MP3 amp, that is 40 Watts.

Basically been looking for a good stereo for a while, but my car is still 6v, so went into Maplins today and have found a pre amp and amp that will allow me to play my ipod through it, and is 40 watts per channel. cost me £39

it is that small that it will mount virtually anywhere. I'm putting mine in the other side to the battery tray, and mounting speakers in the kick panels, then just run a long lead out under the carpet to the passenger footwell.

it needs some assembly, but will have that done today and will let you know what it sounds like as soon as.

Found them! The amp I've found though is mono?

You need 1 per side, there are a left and right output on the pre amp.

give me a couple of days and i will confirm it's not rubbish.
