can anybody tell me if you can import a vehicle from usa with no title as such?

i think its missing vin plate and seller doesnt think it can be sold abroad due to this?

is it something worth pursuing or best left alone?

You need a title,and a vin plate to export a vehicle here.They get checked at U.S customs.

The VIN is not missing, there is just no title available at this time.
