Hi guys and girls, I am looking for some advice! I have an N.O.S. VDO oil pressure gauge which is 6Volt and reads from 0 Lbs/sq.inch to 70 Lbs/sq.inch

I am looking for a sender to work this. The gauge part number is 350.651/1/1

But do not know if:

a) It will fit my engine which is a 30HP type?
b) If it will work the old 6V gauge?

I am looking to keep the green dash light operational as well as the additional gauge. Obviously my 1960 bug is still running its 6Volt system.

Any advice would be most welcome!!

the vdo senders work, thread is m10x1, and you need one with warning contact too use your light in speedo also

the preblem is, that there is not enough space beween the engine case and the sender, so the vdo sender is to big to mount it in the same way as the original sender... you need also an vdo adapter ( mounting kit), should be also abailible.... 90° mounting hardware.

and be carefull, there are many types of vdo availible, ask the seller at wich preasure the warninglight will came... (engraved on the sender) for 36hp you need th elow value (0.25bar)
