Hi,

New here, looks a good & interesting site!

Anyone going to Pepercorn this year?

It's the nearest decent show to me as I'm in Medway so be cool to see if anyone local is going.....

Cheers!

Went last year just for the day, thinking of camping this time for the weekend!

Should hopefully be a good one. If there's a good turnout for Vintage Sunday!

I really want to get my cabrio to Peppercorn this year but the '57 30hp engine in it has had its day I think, I have pushed my luck taking it to Germany 4 or 5 times in recent years, the oil pressure light has been flickering / on at low revs for a while, it has lots of endfloat and now also has a massive oil leak which I have not investigated yet (just pushed it into the garage year before last and left it there)

So if anyone can help me with an engine block I would be really grateful. The car is a 52 but any 25 or 30Hp engine will do me. Let me know what you've got ...

From what I've heard, this is likely to be the last Peppercorn ever.

Indeed. Finding another suitable venue could be difficult though.

As I understand it, an announcement will be made this weekend about the show's future, so there's little point in speculating with only a couple of days to go.

To all those going, hope you have a good weekend with lots of sunshine. I'd like to go but I've got a ton of bodywork to do and a throttle pedal held on with mole grips, so a few hours on the motorway doesn't sound like the best idea.
