Hi Folks
Yes, today again the military swap meet was held close to my home.
Here´s pics of the VW stuff.
And it´s a false impression to think all that is common as dirt here around.
It´s just a bit concentrated there.

There was at least one guy from the UK around.
I can tell by his accent.
There where two little boys with him and he had a hard time keeping them
from going on the rampage all over the place.

I bought just some little parts.
I got some great deals there in the past like a "big knob" speedo pod really cheap.
This time it was only two ribbed semaphore parts (just the outside metal covers), a zwitter toolbag and three pairs of NOS standard split wiper arms with blades.
Nothig crazy but cheap.
I might had been interested in the cyclone filter but I do not really need it and the price was too high to my taste.

Yesterday there was the other military meeting held near to me.
That is less for parts and more for whole cars. They make rides into the woods twice that day and really use them for what they where made.
Here´s pics.

One more cool vehicle stood there.
Made by a Company named MIAG in Frankfurt in 1950.
Close to the early "Plattenwagen" in the VW plant.
Once equipped with a 25 hp VW engine it actually sports a later 30 hp engine but still is equipped with a 1949 gearbox.
The lights remind me of Kubel ones. Take a look.
