As with most things there are number of ways to do this. The best way would be to weld the holes closed however on the dash this would involve alot of work due to the heat spreading. A cheaper/quicker way could be to use some filler or a product like 'magnum steel' which once filled can be sanded and then sprayed.:twisted:
