Hi hoping you can help me out as my knowlage is not so great 😞
im wanting to fit a modern cd player in my zwitter but i want to keep the car 6 volt. can it be done?

You can install a voltage changer from 6 to 12 Volt.
I use a battery powered CD/ MP3 player in my 52 Karmann.
A radio specialist installed a wire in my Telefunken IA50.
The wire goes into the glovebox.

The other option is to run two batteries. One six volt and one 12 volt just to run the radio. You would need to charge it up with a battery charger from time to time - not sure how long it would last.
