Can ball joints be removed and replaced back in the torsion arm without any special equipment? :roll:

I've always managed to find someone with a hydraulic press to swap them for me.
But I guess there might be a diy way that someone may know!

don't use a hammer you will knacker them or the arms, best to get a local garage with a 10 tonne press and ask them to do them, you need the correct size drift to ensure the weight goes onto the edges and pushes them out easily. Can also use a bit of heat. New joints should be put in the freezer overnight before attempting to install then they are contracted and slightly smaller
