Hi, I have found out an unrestored 53 oval bug. I has been garaged through its entire life, has 2 previous owners and didn't move for over 15 years. It is complete with the heart taillights and grooved semaphores, matching numbers (original non-rebuilit engine) but the fabrics on the doors and seats are no longer the original ones. It does not have major points of rust with exception of the panel behind the passengers door. Of course it need to be restored but it is perfectly possible to drive as it is. We've tried to start the engine and basically we've just added fuel and a batery and it started on the first try (no kidding) although the muffler is totally wasted. The guy who owns is asking me 5500€ for it. What do you think about the price? Is it too high or fair?
