does anyone know who has my old oval its a 1953 reg CSJ 766, when i sold it it was in a deep metalic burgandy with foxcraft fender skirts, i have found lots of old paperwork and tax discs that goes with the car dating from the 50's/60's and would like to pass it on to the owner

Did it have a Kienzle(?) non-VW clock installed in the dash/glovebox lid?
I ask as I'm sure a metallic red '53 from the Midlands with such a clock was posted on The Samba a few years ago........

I remember this on the samba .A very early oval March 12 1953 .I think there was a post about the clock in the glove box ,possibly from a opel.

It's now on Ebay.........
