Such a nice car...

I don't know much about alluminium cars - how does sanding them with a DA ruin the integrity of the metal? (just in case I ever get one :rofl: )

I think what he means is that you should sand along the grain of the material .A da with a course grit would cut randomly across the grain weakening it.I was told as an apprentice not to use anthing courser than 80 grit on ally .
