I bought this Kodachrome slide (dated "Sept 60" on the mount) on Ebay last week. No details apart from what you can see here...a Lowlight Karmann Ghia 1958 or '59 pictured by the looks of it in downtown San Francisco.

Taking delivery of my 3rd VW in 1989...

Original UK 1958 RHD car, reg WDA473
Capri Blue I think...on the roof and door

My second VW is on the left, a Ruby Red 61, reg 292BUU
My first, in 1988, was an orange 72

Gradually getting earlier
