Yesterday I posted details of a late (1953) LHD de-luxe Split with the above Chassis Number on the "Pre 1953" forum : I reckon posting here would have been more appropriate. I sold the Split with the registration GGW 686 J having owned it nearly eight years. I have found the original log book and Customs paper issued in Dover on importation ( From Belgium ?) and would happily re-unite these papers with the car which was in great shape when I sold it so could well still be around as someone's pride and joy ! - John aka Jollychuffy
