Hello peeps. I'm hoping to take my oval back to a stock engine and gearbox. Ideally I'm looking for August 1955 bits. Does anyone know of any up for grabs?

I'll have a December 55 box coming spare some time in the near future - assuming it's the original box that is - how would I tell?

I also have a 58 engine if that's any good to you.

Hi Bally. Check the code on the gearbox. For a December 1955 correct box I believe it should be between A-648 768 and A-677 497.

I couldn't find a code but the box is not split case so will be later. Good luck in your hunt.
