Hello all i have just got hold of some heater outlet rings for my carpet on my 58 beetle as anybody fitted these as im having problems, you get two pieces the heater outlet ring and the chrome retaing clip. i think that the idea is to trap the carpet between the two but that dont work the clip just falls off if anybody has fitted them could you please tell me how you managed to solve it please .
