full pair of drum brakes from 57 oval, in very good condition fully overhauled, what they worth? anyone have any idea.

Probably £30-40-ish?

47 Beetle, 56 UK Karmann Cabriolet, 56 UK Beetle, 57 UK Type 2, 59 UK Beetle, 66 UK Fastback.

Depends whether you have the front pair or rear pair?? I would say the front brake drums are worth slightly more as they are a little harder to find.

I was looking for a pair of back plates for the front drums and it took me ages!!

No repro part available either!!

front brakes ,full assembly, backing plates, drums wheel cyl, shoes , if they were not in great condition they would probably been dumped by now, its just there so heavy , postage would costly, its the same with the 57 beam i have, thats mint but the cost of postage with it being quite heavy.
