Purchased a star coil, but customs drilled holes in it to inspect for drugs etc.
This has rendered the coil useless. Makes a nice paper weight now.

Could you try taking the wrecked "guts" out of that coil and replacing them with a new 6v one? :wink: Period looks but in theory a brand new coil.
