Does anybody know if there are rebuild kits available for the Pierburg type fuel pumps fitted to bugs from the early sixties onwards, I need a kit for a fifteen hundred bug and don't want to fit a cheap and cheerful Brosol item , thanks Bill.

I did buy a rebuild kit from Wolfsburg West, but decided to keep it as a spare as the quality was OK but not as good as OE.
Instead I bought a rebuilt pump from vintage works (www.vintagewerks.com/Fuel%20Pumps/fp_4sale.html) They manufacture their own diaphrams etc
Quality and service was excellent. Now keep original pump as backup.
