Just a shot in the dark, hoping somebody may be able to help. Here are a few of our past beetles and buses that we have owned:

660 FYW 63' 1200 Ruby Red,Golde Sunroof, sold 1988/89
BLR 913B 62 1200 Anthracite Grey sold early 90s
770 KBM 62 1200 White
9050 MV 61 1200 Gulf Blue :My dad sold it in late 70s to buy a Wartburg!?
181 CYT 58? ex Libyan RHD car, American Bumpers, Beige.Sold in 66/67 as a 62, but research told us it was a 58. Back to the dealers! Incidentally 770 KBM was the car that replaced it.
BCL 719C: 65 1500 Velvet Green/White Devon
MYE 675D: 66 1500 Sea Blue/White.

If anyone out there knows anything, thatd be great.

Well Mr DVLA website man says there are no records apart from BCL 719C which is taxed till next year and MYE 675D which is taxed till this coming Friday.

Out of interest, are they all RHD? And have you got any photos?

A little bit of backround on the Anthracite Grey 62' 1200. It was purchased new by an RAF Serviceman in Germany in 1962, American Bumpers, Cloth Seats and Steering Lock Were specced when new. It was ordered Rhd, so he could use it here when he returned in 1964. He traded it in at a Local Vw Dealer for a new Polo in 1987, which he said he always regretted! We had the Original Bill of Sale, German Sales Invoices, Handbook etc.Incidentally the Pic of 770 KBM was taken in the 1970s, with my Mum at the Wheel!
