Can anyone tell me if there was a difference between the 25-30hp crankshaft oil seals and those found in later 1200cc engines?

I ordered a new 1200cc seal and when it arrived it was too big, and the seller says that there is only one size and that they have never changed?

The one that came out was 60x80x10, but the one they supplied was 70x90x10.

They are still offering a refund though, so I need to find a seal for our engine.

25- 30 have smaller sealts (diameter)than later stock 1200 34..

If you need one for a 25hp engine,i have one.
One snag,it's part of a complete Nos engine gasket set.

25/30Hp seals are the same, Karmann Konnection sell them I expect Heritage might do as well.
