I have a Rhd 54 oval that has had its rear valance replaced at some point in the past, I have a good used genuine H valance to fit during the course of my restoration but having looked at pictures and the reference I have I am unsure as to whether I should have exhaust cutouts for twin tailpipes or no cutouts for a single tailpipe - I am currently rebuilding a 30hp engine for it and would appreiate advice on what exhaust - single or twin - the cars chassis no is 1.0802536

I would say Single tailpipe, No cutouts!

Sure that Chassis # is correct?

That chassis number indicates the car is a January 55 car, not a 54. Either way, your rear valance should have NO cutouts.
