Hello,
To al the smart guys on this forum ( should be around 684  at the moment of writting) I have a question.

Is there anybody out there who can inform me how much hebmullers are left over worldwide? :?:
I know that this question is asked several times in the web but in a way there seems to pop up a few new ones  every time I ask around.

I want to know in fact how many :
- with body nrs are known and
- without bodynrs are known
as a hebmuller.

For the second group i only count the real gem, not reprostuff..

Thank you. Peter

There should be roughly 30 cars with numbers and badges

and another roughly 70 or so give or take that either have the stamped in number only or are missing the stamped in number and only have the VW vin plate

If you look at the registry and Count there is only around 30 cars with the Heb badge, located under the stamped in numbers, which is below the VW vin plate.

possible a few more have surfaced the last few years that are not on the list,I wouldn't say very many however.

Okay, if #5 was built in July 1949 and this isn't one of the three prototypes (?) then it has to be number 4 then?

Yep, thats the one. Nothing much inside it though, just a small paragraph that says a VW cabrio is soon to be available.
