Does anyone know how many of each type of vehicle was made in the early years? I have an old barndoor and was curious as to how many others like it are running around...

Tonny Larsens site is probably the most currently accurate information available on the net. Check if your chassis no. is on there, he is always keen to add any new ones! 😃

In a '98 paperback David Eccles/Alex Ellis book here, it says total bus production for '53 was 28,417.

model percentages breakdown :

panelvan 39.4%
pickup 20.2%
kombi 20.3%
Microbus 18.9%
Others :shock: 1.2%

Of those in '53:

Canada got 696
USA got just 75!
