Installing original door glass with new inner and outer scraper rubber and chrome piece and new felts all from Wolfsburg West - very dificult to push the glass up to the top so that the regulator can be installed - The rubber drags on the glass and rolls up, making it so tight that it won't go any further - anyone have any first hand experience or advise??[/b]

Rolls up? The rubber scrapers should touch either side of the glass like this /|\

If winding the window upwards, it shouldn't be able to roll. Have you got a pic?
