I know where that picture is made, but I don't know who the owner is from the Brown bug !

The Beutler is from Raoul Verbemen probebly that picture is made during a swapmeet that he organized in the past ! (Raouls Hallen)

OK the Brown car is much much nicer.
But as a comparison this Zwitter is also for sale for $11,000.
