Does it have a famous history?
If not why didn't they restore it, know which I'd rather look at  .

I like it! It is art, and also not rusting away, deteriorating at all or going anywhere, but is a good point of originality reference.

That ways it would be another restored car.
This way it is 100% original.
If you saw the cars in this place, unbelievable.Maybe they just wanted an exhibit that was a little different.

Still, nice to see it like it it, suppose its not going to deteriorate any more and anyone who restored it would probably never drive it anyway!

Hideous isn´t it? I´m pretty sure this was done originally to comply with some US headlight minimum height law, and yet to this day the kit car companies are still splashing body shells from the same mould! How hard can it be to get something like this right??!

Still - I suppose I´d be happy about it if I had a real Speedster.:d

Yes, that headlight height thing would make sense I guess.

I dont like them at all, however, I have to say, that 356boy has got one (as well as his real 53) in a lovely colour and it is pretty fantastic and custom! but maybe thats why it looks so good? because it is'nt trying to be something its not, quite so much, if that makes sense?

Did you know JD that if you blur your vision, your 'cats'? eyes glow yellow :?:
