i don't want a perfect paint job, just an 'aged' look to it...
and needs to be pretty cheap!! even a quick blow over would do...

Tom, if I were you I would buy or rent a compressor and paint it in celly in that barn of your, it will be cheaper and if you take a bit of time it will be better than a cheap blow over like the one you got done before! :wink:


In a nice large space you can minimise the overspray and if you spend enough time prepping and getting the finish good with some work even if it comes out of the gun looking dull, it wont look half bad!

compressor, spray gun, da sander etc....

Yes, do it yourself, its the most fun you can have with your clothes on :lol: just buy plenty of paint, then you can always flat back and just keep repainting any bits you are'nt happy with :d
