I expect still £1000's to spend yet though to get even one finished , worth doing don't get me wrong, I think all done and dusted will probably break even.
The excitement of such a find often leads to the old 'rose tinted glasses' thing. Once reality sets in and the true scale of the project realised.
Depends what his end goal is realy.
