i use it in different applications... most of the use is on ares where i can not install a welding nut or if i have to repair a section where the original nur is missing and the paint should be kept...

and as said, do not overtighten the bolt

need to use it where the captive nuts usually are in the bottom of the heater channel, so just nip them up?

Probably not much use now, but I am sure you could buy new genuine mexi grey ones loose singularly from heritage not that long ago & maybe still? I know I have a lot of spare original old ones somewhere in a box.
