Thanks to everyone who brought along their Beetles to Stanford Hall on Sunday. On the lawn in front of the Hall we had 47 cars - 36 in the 'Inner Circle', 9 in the Historic VW Club line up and 2 in the Concours. That number's a record for this display at Stanford Hall. We've already identified where we can fit in a few more for next year so let's hope for the same brilliant weather and turnout in 2012.
Hope you all had safe and trouble free journeys home.

Cheers,
Rob & Keith

nice pics, nice display

yes, swapmeet, poor
£90 for a table though? £75 if booked early?

stonor is a tenner or so, isnt it?

charge the businesses business rates, charge the enthusiast seller buttons
would make for a much improved show
the swapmeet is 50% of any show for me

still love Stanford Hall on a sunny day. Oh for the days it was £3 to get in!

What an amazing display this year. Hats off to the organisers. What an amazing line up of cars and each one with it's own story to tell. The setting really makes the show as well. Great pics, every one of them

Had a great day at Stanny Hall. Can't believe it has been three years since my last VW show

Really good to see some old friends again and catch up with you all. Will have to start going to more shows
A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day.

Great pics of a truely great display. it was a privilege to have my car rubbing shoulders with such shiny and spotless examples of the breed. Not only was there a record number of cars in the Historic Line Up, but the weather was bright and sunny and even the cold wind was tolerable this year.

Hopefully I'll have the front wings sorted on my '57 for next year which will make it a little more photogenic.

Thanks to everyone who was in any way connected with the organisation and running of the show, a massive amount of work must go into making it run so well and to encourage such a large number of high class cars to attend.

Looking forward to next year.

It was a great pleasure to be involved in organising The Historic Beetle Display and we're delighted that it turned out to be so well supported by so many exceptional cars and their owners. Keith has already identified a little more space for additional entries next year so please continue to support the event in 2012.
