Can any one remember the articals in Beetleing in the 80s about modding a Late (for us any way ) 1200cc engine at the time it was all 1835 and 1776cc mods but thay did a project on a 1200 to see what could be done to get some extra grunt out on the motor. All i can remember was swaping the rockers from a 1300cc so thay went to 1.1to1 from the 1200s 1.1 ratio. Any body got the info from the mags? willing to pay for coppeing postage etc. Fingers crossed
