First of all, hello, my name is Kev Hall and obviously a newbie. Been into vws a few years now, and run my own business that deals with them everyday.

Reason I joined this great site is a very good friend of mine purchased a 1959 austrailian beetle on Monday from a couple in Knaresborough Yorkshire. They told me to look on vzi and here for anybody who might know any history or have any photos of it. We were told that the colour was burnt orange but I think it may be paprika or coral, but not sure. The reg plate is 193 XUD


Any info or pointing in the right direction would be massively appreciated.
