ET, did you remember the cake with 55 candles?
I'm not sure of the exact date but it must be somewher around now?

How can you be sure that he was build on the 14th February?

Do you have that somewhere written on paper?
If you have is there info about the building date of Heb 623?

According to the birthcertificate I received from Volkswagen the Standard Split Window that was converted into Heb623 was built on 18.02.1950 and left the VW factory on 04.03.1950! :shock:

So I think I don't think I have to lite the candles on the Hebmuller cake yet! Atleast I have to wait to the 4th of March even maybe a few days later!!! :wink:

What's your opinion?

I know one thing, todat it is my Birthday, it is written on my birthday certificate, " left the factory the 15/02/1961 and delivered in Lommel the 15/02/1961" Nice big boy with deluxe body( all accesoiry) and nice interior 4,950kgr :lol:
My mother is still angry on me because I was that big!!! :cry:
And the 16/02 I know (?) my wife for 25 years, and we are 22 years very happy maried, she's very happy and I'm married :wink:
You guy's are all invited to eat some cake with me tomorrow :lol:
Only one but, you have to come with a Aircooled VW, otherwise no cake!! :lol:

I was going by the date on the Aufbau plate.
Mine was completed 14th Feb 1950

Although, from memory, the VW Birth certificate gives 23rd Feb as the build date and sometime in March as the delivery date to Regensburg.

Sorry but the "aufbauplatte" in my Hebmuller was not there anymore!!! :cry:
So I cannot give you the ecxact building date!!
But most important: its a real Hebmuller fully restored with the period parts! And not everybody can say that!!! :oops:
