Anyone know year differences between Kabrio hood outer covers? I notice that I have two external screws - on the side frame, towards the front of the roof - that are also visible on a couple of correctly restored cars that I have seen. These don't appear on later cars. I have also noticed that some cars seem to have pointed corners on the back of the roof (at the bottom, behind the rear windows) and some do not. Any explaination for this?

My car is a `58. I am really trying to avoid getting stuck with some kind of "one size fits all" roof cover, that will look wrong for the car.

1965 > 67

I'm sure there should be a couple more year breaks in there somewhare.

Wolfsbürg West seem to think slightly different to Tmi and list:-

Thanks fella. I just knew this would be one of those grey area things that nobody would have a definitive answer for! Don't want some trim shop trying to tell me that they are all the same and it doesn't matter.
