A friend of mine has a 1938 Kubelwagen chassis for sale, it's in Mallorca Spain so it may be difficult getting it home.

I think one particular family in Hessisch Oldendorf would be interested in a '38 chassis! Do you have more details, pics etc and can you get the chassis number?

Chassis nº 003 344, there is a picture of how it looked 10 years ago in Volkswagen Beetle Coachbuilts and Cabriolets by Bob Shail on page 55 and more recently in V.W Elite number 10

yes i do want cable brakes. I guess i shoould be looking for a 49 chassis to use?
