That looks very much like a Heb on the left, but if the photographer was stationed from 1945-1947 its a little too early!!

That's most likely some french Cabriolet from the 30s. The rake of the windscreen is too great for it to be any VW. You can also see how the running board 'flares' upwards at the front to form the wing.
