Hello,I picked up a straight engine lid for my 53 recently but I am having trouble with the gap between the top of the lid where it meets the roof.the gap is closer at either side of the lid than in the Middle . Has anyone got an oval shell that they could take some dimensions for me in case the rear has had a shunt .it seems that the lid closes down too far so i was after some dimensions as in the pics below.
