My father in law gave me a mint '64 AA badge for Christmas, still with original fixings taped to the back. Never got round to fitting it to his '65 Mini, back when it was new :omg:

Would like to fit to front irons using a similar strap to the one holding my GB badge to the rear irons, like so (not a great picture...) -

Anyone got one knocking about, or know where I can get one?

Really easy to make one if you have a sturdy work bench and vice.

I knocked one up years ago for Old Blue to display an AA badge using a 3mm thick strip of steel. It clamps over Old Blue's bumper mounting arm.

Blue, blue, Electric Blue, that's the colour of Old Blue!

Do you mean something like this?-

https://www.csp-shop.de/cgi-bin/cshop2/front/shop_main.cgi?func=det&wkid=42274927911&rub1=Miscellaneous&rub2=D%2DSigns&artnr=15012b&pn=0&sort=0&all=

I'm sure someone like KK or VW Heritage will sell them as well.

get down to b&q and buy the steel for a fiver and just make it.

That's far too heavy a guage for an AA badge,it'll look wrong.

The AA badge is slightly smaller than the GB badge I've got on the back.

The bracket from Aircooled Accessories, is very similar to the bracket holding the GB badge on too.

Fingers crossed

I'll post some pics for the perves.
