Does anyone know what bonnet catch would be correct for a 63 beetle? My current one is made in Brazil and as I thinkit has the wrong bolt holes, it will never do! :lol:

Should it have 3 or 4 bolt holes? Should it be painted black, body colour? Should it have the same under cover as 50s latches? :wink:

A photo would be grand so I can keep my eyes speeled around the swapmeets! :d

I have got a new valence the same as the one pictured (correct for 63) but without the bumper support holes. So 4 holes? Thats handy as this means there is no rush to find a replacement! :lol:
