I was swapping over my door cards at the weekend, when I noticed that my car has pockets on both doors, and the replacement panels only have them on the drivers side. What gives? Were dual pockets some kind of Karmann only luxury fitment?

The 55 has pockets in both door panels. Don't know if this is an option or when it changed.

I'm pretty sure kab's did have pockets on both sides, and sedans didn't!
