anybody knows when vw went from aluminium to magnesium engines ! 'Date or engine#)

Seems like Jan. 19, 1951 is when they went to mag

I've got an ali case tucked away for my 50 if you want. I won;t use it for at least a year so you can use mine and replace it when you can

Its not perfect but I have had it checked over and its been given the okay
