😞 Looking to either replace or re-chrome my rusted quarter lights on my 58 bug. Does anyone have any experience/recommendations on how easy it is to remove them, take the glass/seals out and get them re-chromed.

Or can good quality replacements be sourced relatively easily, any ideas from where, how much etc etc (preferrably from within UK)

Karmann Konection or Status VW Parts both do new frames but you have to rivit the hindge on. KK have good used ones but they are getting hard to find for reasonable money. Australian ones are made of stainless steel so last a lot better - 😎

Anyone in OZ got some quarterlights they want to ship to the UK?

If you have, I would be interested in a left one for a 1960 beetle too!
