Papler Police Beetle
The Papler Carosserie was commissioned to build a four door police convertible Beetle, assigned the model number Type 18A. Hebmuller also built some of the Type 18As. Some of the Hebmuller built cars had canvas doors, I can't imagine these were much fun in the cold German winters!
